German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions 2016

We work exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp 2016). These limit in section 23 ADSp the statutory liability for damage to goods in accordance with section 431 HGB (German Commercial Code) to 8.33 SDR/kg per damage or event to EUR 1 million respectively EUR 2 million or 2 SDR/kg, whichever is greater, and in case of multimodal transports including sea transport generally to 2 SDR/kg.
